How it works

• After the purchase, your e-Gift Card will be available under the "My transactions" page within 24 hours
• Additionally, you will receive an activation link for your e-Gift Card by email within 4 business days
• The activation link will be valid for six (6) months and cannot be renewed
• The e-Gift Card can only be used once either from the "My transactions" page or from the email
• The e-Gift Card can only be redeemed online, not in-store
• The e-Gift Card is valid for two (2) years from the date of issue

To activate on Mobile/Desktop (Website)

• Visit www.asos.com
• Go to the "Gift Cards & Vouchers" section of "My Account"
• Click "Add gift card / voucher" and select "Gift Card"
• Enter the 16-digit code and 4-digit PIN from the back of the card (scratch off coating to reveal PIN)
• Click "Save gift card" to lock the card to the account
• Once locked, the balance is applied automatically at checkout for the next order

To activate through the ASOS app

• Open the ASOS app and log in
• Tap the menu icon (three horizontal lines) and select "My Account"
• Go to "Gift Cards and Vouchers" and select "Add a Gift Card/Voucher"
• Choose "Gift Card", then enter the 16-digit code and 4-digit PIN
• Tap "Add Gift Card" to credit the balance to the account
• The amount is applied automatically at checkout
